Shipping

We ship via US Priority Mail, or UPS depending on destination and weight of package. All packages are fully insured.  If you need special shipping, such as overnight, please contact us before placing the order.

Item Identification

We are always happy to help you identify item(s).  Most critical is a good picture of the item. If you have stemware, a picture of a water goblet (or largest item) is preferred. It can give us the shape of the stemware along with elements such as gold trim, etching, cutting, or other distinguishing features.  There are so many items, especially in the glassware lines, that it is not possible for us to know all the glass makers and their patterns from memory. We have numerous identification/value guides in our reference library as well access to recent sales data along with a host of internet resources and daily contact with legitimate dealers. We are always happy to help you identify your treasured item(s).

If we don't have what you are looking for, we can add your email address and needs to our "Wanted List".  We are always traveling the country to glass/antique shows, buying/selling items. We're always happy to look for items for customers and potential customers.
